Our Home flooded after a waterline broke. We were not home so the entire house flooded for over 24 hours. We never experienced anything like this before, Servpro was contacted to do clean up and demo. They were on site within an hour with equipment to dry the house out, clearly explained the process and gave me suggestions on how to work with the insurance company. This professionalism and care continued through the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with Chelsea, Jeff C,Jeff M,Darryl, Doug, Stephanie, and Chris (I believe) if I forgot anyone’s name my apologies. But what a great team at Servpro Perry hall! This has been a complete mess of a situation and working with such great people who do amazing work made it a much easier process to manage.

I found the Servpro staff to be responsive and helpful, especially their onsite tech Chelsea. She is knowledgeable, efficient, dedicated and very professional. I would not hesitate to call the company again for any water issues.

Chelsea was so wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable and kind. She made sure we understood every step of the process. Her communication and customer service was top notch. Stephanie, the Operations Manager, and her crew were all wonderful to work with! Stephanie has been amazing since Day 1 with making herself available to answer any of our calls day or night and she was always very quick to respond to any emails. From Day 1; the Environmental Services Director and I developed a great working relationship with Stephanie and her team. Her genuine concern for our residents and the community's needs was evident in her willingness to jump thru hurdles to help meet time sensitive deadlines and be of support for whatever we needed. Stephanie helped make the clean-up process and this whole experience less stressful with her level of expertise, great customer service and communication! On Mother’s day, May 11, 2025, my husband and I went for a 1 1/2-hour bike ride. When we returned, we saw water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. While we were away the toilet tank in the bathroom above the kitchen cracked and leaked water through our 3-story house with an inch of water already in the basement. We called our local plumber to see if I could borrow a wet vac and he said “you need something a little bit bigger!” He immediately contacted Servpro of Perry hall and two hours later Jeff C came out to start the abatement of water. After 3 1/2 hours he had dehumidifiers and fans on all three stories to dry things out. The following day a team came out to start helping with the reclamation. Chelsea and David were amazing along with Jeff C. who worked as a team to try and save our hardwood and ceramic floors. Over the next 5 days they managed to dry everything out and saved our hardwood and ceramic floors. The following Monday they had Four Corners cabinet installers come out to remove the cabinets, so they could get to the moisture behind those walls. Nico and his team did an equally fabulous job even removing an 18-foot-long one-piece countertop without breaking- WOW! The friendly professionalism, concern for our situation and experience with which the resolved our issue was nothing more than AMAZING. On a scale of 1-5, I would give them a 10!
