"SERVPRO loves fires". An odd way to begin a review, I know. These were the exact words our insurance adjuster said, once we accepted our adjuster's first suggested choice to go with SERVPRO. I couldn't be more pleased. All SERVPRO staff and associated vendors were kind, professional, prompt and great to work with. Our fire and smoke damaged house was restored to its former glory. First class materials and workmanship through and through. As you might guess, I HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO if the unfortunate occurs. A special shout-out to two project managers, Lynn and Karl, who navigated the complex maze of insurance restoration, vendor selection, timing and excellent communication. Well done!

Our Home flooded after a waterline broke. We were not home so the entire house flooded for over 24 hours. We never experienced anything like this before, Servpro was contacted to do clean up and demo. They were on site within an hour with equipment to dry the house out, clearly explained the process and gave me suggestions on how to work with the insurance company. This professionalism and care continued through the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with Chelsea, Jeff C,Jeff M,Darryl, Doug, Stephanie, and Chris (I believe) if I forgot anyone’s name my apologies. But what a great team at Servpro Perry hall! This has been a complete mess of a situation and working with such great people who do amazing work made it a much easier process to manage.

I found the Servpro staff to be responsive and helpful, especially their onsite tech Chelsea. She is knowledgeable, efficient, dedicated and very professional. I would not hesitate to call the company again for any water issues.

Chelsea was so wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable and kind. She made sure we understood every step of the process. Her communication and customer service was top notch. She made a stressful and scary situation much easier. I never felt like my parents were being taken advantage of and I would trust them to handle any repairs in their home or our home again.

Stephanie, the Operations Manager, and her crew were all wonderful to work with! Stephanie has been amazing since Day 1 with making herself available to answer any of our calls day or night and she was always very quick to respond to any emails. From Day 1; the Environmental Services Director and I developed a great working relationship with Stephanie and her team. Her genuine concern for our residents and the community's needs was evident in her willingness to jump thru hurdles to help meet time sensitive deadlines and be of support for whatever we needed. Stephanie helped make the clean-up process and this whole experience less stressful with her level of expertise, great customer service and communication! We would 100% use ServePro Perry Hall for any future personal or business needs!
