On Wednesday morning (Feb 12), our hot water heater overflowed and we had water in our basement! I spoke with Phil (COO of ServPro Pasadena) who was extremely helpful. Phil did share that (due to the snowstorm) they were not running trucks that day. However, he was able to send a team that evening! Dominic was the lead technician. He was very knowledgeable and extremely careful and empathetic given our situation. He and his teammate (Danny) setup the equipment and began the remediation process. The following day, Dominic returned with teammate (Eric) and removed the damaged carpet, etc. Today, Monday, Dominic returned with teammate (Anna) to ensure the area had completely dried and removed their equipment. Jim (one of the team’s operations managers) dropped by for a brief quality check in to ensure the job was being completed properly. Overall, I was very pleased with ServPro Pasadena’s responsiveness, competence, and professionalism. Special shout out to Phil, Dom, and the team!
