Communication with Lakiya was excellent, she kept me updated on everything when I had questions and Jeremy, Alex, Khalil, and Zack did a fantastic job removing the carpet and flooring. After a bad experience with another company, this team completely restored my confidence. Jeremy and Khalil returned to remove the fans and trash, and I was so impressed by how the two of them handled such a big job with professionalism and care. They recently helped my family with water and sewage mitigation following a basement sewage backup, and this was actually my second time working with Servpro. The first was back in 2010 after a basement fire, and that experience was also top-notch—so they’ve proven their consistency over time. This time around, the crew was thorough, efficient, and professional. The scope of work included removing all affected items such as furniture, flooring, bathroom fixtures (tiles, shower, sink, toilet), approximately two feet of base drywall, molding, and other materials impacted by the sewage backup. The basement was also treated multiple times with anti-mold and disinfectant sprays, which gave us real peace of mind. A special mention goes to Prescott, who managed the project and served as my primary point of contact. He was warm, empathetic, and genuinely understanding of how disruptive this situation was for our family, while also being extremely professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained what needed to be done, provided helpful insight into navigating the insurance claim, and made himself available at all times—sharing his direct number and consistently going above and beyond. Prescott’s approachability was reassuring, his candor was appreciated, and he earned my complete trust. Most importantly, he and his team helped set us up for the next phase: the full restoration of our basement.
