Communication with Lakiya was excellent, she kept me updated on everything when I had questions and Jeremy, Alex, Khalil, and Zack did a fantastic job removing the carpet and flooring. After a bad experience with another company, this team completely restored my confidence. Jeremy and Khalil returned to remove the fans and trash, and I was so impressed by how the two of them handled such a big job with professionalism and care. They recently helped my family with water and sewage mitigation following a basement sewage backup, and this was actually my second time working with Servpro. The first was back in 2010 after a basement fire, and that experience was also top-notch—so they’ve proven their consistency over time. The scope of work included removing all affected items such as furniture, flooring, bathroom fixtures (tiles, shower, sink, toilet), approximately two feet of base drywall, molding, and other materials impacted by the sewage backup.
