Incredible company! I called ServPro of Annapolis/Severna Park upon return from vacation as we had water in our basement from the recent heavy rainstorms. From my phone call, 15 minutes later ServPro arrived at our home to start the water mitigation process, mold mitigation and provided microbial treatment and started the drying process. Also, ServPro interacted with our insurance company and the restoration estimate is being handled with reconstruction starting very soon. Hector and Ricardo did an amazing job at cleaning up numerous areas of our commercial carpet across 4 suites! We had at least 6 or seven entries/hallways that were embarrassingly caked with ground-in dirt from people taking shortcuts through mulch beds outside of our entry doors. They did a great job at bringing new life into the areas and saved us thousands by not having to replace carpets. The gentlemen couldn't have been more pleasant and professional to work with!
