She was friendly and very professional. The crew chief Dago and team member Jose went above and beyond in their level of service turning our disaster into a great experience. Great customer service! We received service from Nico and Argelis' teams following a flood that affected our main floor and basement. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. Our house was respected and work areas kept clean. Would recommend ServPro for any damage-mitigation needs.
Fidel and Mauricio did a great job of removing water-leak damaged drywall and insulation, and then remediating the water damage and drying the place out. I am very satisfied with their work.
