About Us
Experience in the restoration industry is acquired through years of work and commitment. With one of our owners, Art Hall, having more than 30 years of experience in the building trades and construction, hard work starts with our leadership and spreads to our qualified restoration technicians. Art's wife Jennifer, another of our owners, has years of experience with environmental services like air purification, bed bug remediation, and odor removals. Our owners and management seek to lead by example, offering guidance and leadership to our growing roster of technicians for every facet of the restoration industry, including biohazard cleanup, air ducts cleaning, and full-service reconstructions.
We know how vital a fast response in an emergency can be, especially with nearly 60,000 people in Gaithersburg alone that depend on our expertise and advanced recovery tools when disaster strikes. Throughout Montgomery County, residents and business owners, including proprietors of historical properties like the home of Francis Scott Key and battlefield museums also depend on our Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) accredited crews to mitigate losses.
Our success throughout the Greater Gaithersburg and Germantown areas is as dependent on our skillsets in recovery and restoration as it is about being a good neighbor amid emergencies and disasters. As lifelong residents of Frederick County, our owners and staff share a love and appreciation for this DC-VA-MD-WV metropolitan area. We have gotten involved in many fundraisers, awareness efforts, and youth programs like the Santa Run, Sprint Triathlon, and other YMCA-sponsored races and events.

Jennifer Lolli-Hall volunteer’s hours of her time as a Girl Scout leader every month, we sponsor and participate in Rotary Club events held annually, and we even host teens from the Jerusalem Peacebuilders program designed to help that country achieve peace in our lifetime. We can be seen regularly participating in local events from 4th of July community parades to Gaithersburg/Germantown Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) baking competitions (2020 2nd Place!)
