She has been a public school teacher and restaurant manager and now has joined her sister--and SERVPRO owner Jennifer. Michelle is from Baltimore, MD, and likes to hike, paint, and enjoy her family in her spare time. She is a nature/outdoor person who does enjoy sushi and lots of broccoli. Michelle enjoys the office environment filled with pleasant coworkers.

Nico is a Production Supervisor at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown. He leads with vast restoration experience, including many years (12-16) of construction background, and has been a SERVPRO team member since 2010. Nico loves his wife and 10-year-old grandson, along with a great Argentinean steak. He says it is special-"the environment with his coworkers." Nico, in his free time, loves to sleep. He works hard. We discovered our basement was flooded, and within an hour or so SERVPRO was in our home, assessing the damage, doing everything that could possibly be done to minimize further damage. To say the response time was quick would be a complete understatement. To say service was great would also fail to do them justice. They were utterly amazing. They eased all of our fears, helped us work through what’s going to happen and truly went above and beyond. No corners were cut, and the team was exceptional with communicating everything to us! I will never use another company, and can’t thank SERVPRO enough. Their equipment has been running all night to dry everything out, and within 18 hours from our original call, it’s already a completely different basement! Highly highly recommend!
