Meet Our Team

Sara Contreras is our Production Supervisor at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg/Germantown & Frederick County. She has been in this industry since 2003, and has been with SERVPRO since 2012. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certations (IICRC): Fire/Smoke Restoration, and Odor Control. Sara is also certified as in EPA Lead Renovator

Candy is a member of our construction admin team. She is the friendly voice who will call to schedule our reconstruction services. Candy does much more than schedule services. Candy manages our Reconstruction contracts and change orders. She is the liason between our on site construction team and the office. In her spare time, Candy enjoys playing soccer and volleyball with local leagues and spending time with her dog!

David has been a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown since 2019 and has several more years of restoration experience. He previously was a truck driver for Wayfair. David has a six-year-old daughter and lives in Gaithersburg, MD. His favorite food is "pupusas." David states that - "I am always laughing at everything, and I can't stay serious for a long period of time. He enjoys the work environment, fellow crew members, and helping others.

Fidel brings MANY years of restoration experience to SERVPRO. Our customers rave about Fidel's service and professionalism. Fidel takes pride in his work and team. When not on a SERVPRO loss, Fidel enjoys time with his family.

Karla is our production technician who always has a smile on her face! Karla has many years of restoration experience and never leaves a job less than perfect. Karla is an animal lover and proud mom.

Kelly has been the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown since 2020. She keeps the administration humming with hands-on efforts. Her 7 plus years of construction experience blend well with certifications in WRT, CPR, and FSRT and safety. She lives in Harpers Ferry, WV, with her husband and furry babies. Kelly was a Yoga instructor, eats fish tacos, and claims she is "Always learning something new and helping customers through difficult times."

Mauricio has been a production technician with SERVPRO nearly 10 years. Mauricio's understanding of the mitigation process brings a level of expertise to every job he completes.

Michelle has been our Accounting / HR Coordinator at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown since 2021. Michelle brings many years of office admin experience, along with a great record of customer service. Michelle is from Baltimore, MD, and likes to hike, paint, and enjoy her family in her spare time. Michelle enjoys the office environment filled with pleasant coworkers.

Nico is a Production Supervisor at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown. He leads with vast restoration experience, including many years (12-16) of construction background, and has been a SERVPRO team member since 2010. Nico loves his wife and 10-year-old grandson, along with a great Argentinean steak. He says it is special-"the environment with his coworkers." Nico, in his free time, loves to sleep. He works hard. Nico lives in Burtonsville, MD.

RJ is a Production technician bringing many years of experience to SERVPRO. RJ is recognized as hardworking and professional. RJ runs his jobs as if each property were his own home.

Roberto is a production technician with many years of experience. Roberto has been recognized by our customers as professional and respectful. Roberto enjoys music and his family!

Santos has been a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown since 2021 and has a ten-year background in construction and demolition. He lives in Montgomery Village, MD, and has a daughter and son. He likes fishing and his favorite soup--Caldo de Res. Santos enjoys listening to music, and his fave singer is the Mexican Vincente Fernandez. He served in the El Salvadorian military for five years. Santos, regarding SERVPRO, states "I like everything about SERVPRO, and I love what I do."

Steven is a Production Technician bringing years of experience and knowledge to each project for SERVPRO.

Wilmer has been a Production Technician with Team Hall for many years. Wilmer is a hard worker who enjoys being part of a strong team.

Pedro is an experienced Production Technician with over 10 years of experience in the restoration industry. Pedro enjoys spending free time with his kids in Montgomery County.

Jose is a Production Technician for SERVPRO Team Hall. Jose has many years of experience and knowledge. Jose enjoys time with his family in Frederick, MD when not at work!

April is a Job File Coordinator and often a friendly voice when you call our office! April enjoys spending time with her 4 kids who keep her busy when not at SERVPRO!

Ashley (goes by "Cross"!) is a member of our Reconstruction admin team. Cross supports our team in the field by coordinating contracts, assisting in customer selections and tracking our change orders. Cross helps to ensure the reconstruction phase of our service is clear and smooth. Cross enjoys spending her free time with her 2 children.

Carli is one of our estimators. Carli has been with Team Hall for several years and has quickly become an expert estimator. Carli lives with her husband in Frederick county.

As the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown, Juan Median brings years of experience in managing restoration projects. Previously based in Florida, Juan relocated to Maryland and continues to lead teams with the same professionalism and expertise. He holds an IICRC certification, which reflects his deep understanding of industry protocols and his dedication to delivering quality results. Juan's passion for restoration and his customer-first approach make him a trusted resource for our clients.

Chris is our Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown. He is an excellent asset in repairing damaged commercial and residential properties because he works like he did when he owned his own construction company for many years. When not on the job, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, camping and hiking.

As a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown, Angelis Nunez excels at leading teams and ensuring smooth operations on every project. His strong initiative and expertise consistently impress both customers and clients. Angelis holds IICRC certifications as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), making him a valuable asset to our team.

Sarielle has been with SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown since 2026 as a Receptionist/Dispatcher. She brings experience in scheduling, customer service, office administration, bookkeeping, client communication, and business operations. Sarielle helps keep daily schedules organized, supports customers, and works through administrative challenges so projects can move forward smoothly. A Winters Mill High School graduate, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending sprint car races, fishing, doing her nails, and watching American Ninja Warrior.

Morgan B. has been with SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown since 2026 as a Marketing Specialist. She brings experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, graphic design, website design, and digital strategy, including previous work with major international brands. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Marketing from Alvernia University and helps strengthen the team’s online presence throughout the Gaithersburg and Germantown area. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Kallie Harrison serves as a Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Gaithersburg / Germantown, where she helps keep mitigation jobs organized and on track. Since joining the team in 2024, she has gained experience in customer communication, marketing support, and job file management. Originally from Brunswick, Maryland, Kallie brings a local connection and a calm, helpful presence to each project she supports. Outside of work, she enjoys tubing and attending country concerts.
