The ServPro team lead by Kyle was amazing! They were here within an hour from when I called after a failure of our washing machine caused flooding to 3 levels in our home. They were extremely thorough, pleasant, and worked extremely hard. The communication was very clear and we knew what time to expect them each day. They worked directly with our insurer as well. The process was extremely smooth and Kyle took so much stress off of our plates during an otherwise extremely stressful time. Thank you!

I had a pipe burst in my town home which affected three floors. Their crew was there with in the hour and had everything cleaned out and fans and dehumidifiers installed to get the place dried out. Great response time and service.

Absolutely amazing company. I called on a Sunday after my basement flooded. ServPro sent a technician out within two hours and immediately started working. Ross helped me understand the process and coordinated with my home insurance company. Then, a two man crew came and completely cleaned the basement: sucked up all the water, removed damaged furnishings and sprayed with a microbial cleaning agent. Within 6 hours of the flood, my basement was cleaned and sanitized... on a Sunday! The demolition crew started the next day and they were equally responsive, knowledgeable and hard working. They spent the next 3 days removing drywall, ripping up old flooring, and steam cleaning. The main technician, Roberto, was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. He documented all the damaged materials, bagged everything up and took it all to the dump. My wife and I were so relieved knowing they were comprehensively tackling the problem. 5/5 stars - highly recommend!

We had a great experience with SERVPRO after dealing with water damage in our home. Everyone who came to our house was professional, friendly, and genuinely nice to work with. They communicated with us throughout the entire process, explained what they were doing, and were incredibly flexible in working around our schedule. Dealing with water damage is stressful, but they made the mitigation process as easy and straightforward as possible. We really appreciated how responsive and accommodating the entire team was and would absolutely recommend them.

ServPro Frederick was contacted by my condo association to mitigate and repair a water intrusion from a neighboring townhouse. The mitigation team was terrific from the very start, even adjusting the fans a certain way to make sure things were drying out good. The drywall and paint crew were great and very efficient and neat/tidy. The flooring crew was also very efficient and managed to match my floors perfectly when they first saw they didn't match like we thought they would. House looks better than ever.

I awakened one morning and stepped into 2 inches of water in my townhouse. My insurance agent called Servepro.Nicolas Benitez and crew did a great job of removing my wool carpets and drying out my home. They were very respectful of my belongings. John Haney supervised the reconstruction and went well above his job to put my home back together. The work was done in a timely manner, crew cleaned up daily and answered all my questions ( and I had a lot) Shelly Pittman supervised the pack out of my things. She gave me tips and advise for my more precious items and art work. The crew that packed my things and returned them from storage, did a good job. I would highly recommend this company. They removed a lot of the stress and worry about my home. Everyone kept reassuring me that my home would be taken care of and restored. They were right!!!
