We had a great experience with SERVPRO after dealing with water damage in our home. Everyone who came to our house was professional, friendly, and genuinely nice to work with. They communicated with us throughout the entire process, explained what they were doing, and were incredibly flexible in working around our schedule. Dealing with water damage is stressful, but they made the mitigation process as easy and straightforward as possible. We really appreciated how responsive and accommodating the entire team was and would absolutely recommend them.

ServPro Frederick was contacted by my condo association to mitigate and repair a water intrusion from a neighboring townhouse. The mitigation team was terrific from the very start, even adjusting the fans a certain way to make sure things were drying out good. The drywall and paint crew were great and very efficient and neat/tidy. The flooring crew was also very efficient and managed to match my floors perfectly when they first saw they didn't match like we thought they would. House looks better than ever.

I awakened one morning and stepped into 2 inches of water in my townhouse. My insurance agent called Servepro.Nicolas Benitez and crew did a great job of removing my wool carpets and drying out my home. They were very respectful of my belongings. John Haney supervised the reconstruction and went well above his job to put my home back together. The work was done in a timely manner, crew cleaned up daily and answered all my questions ( and I had a lot) Shelly Pittman supervised the pack out of my things. She gave me tips and advise for my more precious items and art work. The crew that packed my things and returned them from storage, did a good job. I would highly recommend this company. They removed a lot of the stress and worry about my home. Everyone kept reassuring me that my home would be taken care of and restored. They were right!!!

Servpro came in same day when we had our water damage. Every person that came in was phenomenal from Start to finish very professional very respectful, took care of all of our products that was in our house and was calling to keep up on us to make sure we stayed in the loop of everything.

Our home had water damage to the family room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. SERVPRO exceeded our expectations with their services. Ross from mitigation helped us to ensure it was dried thoroughly and wet flooring and walls were removed. Chris helped us decide on the type of flooring, took the time to meet with us to look at flooring, arranged a fantastic team to lay the flooring and repair and paint the dry wall, among all the other things that were impacted by the water. Chris walked through with me when it was finished. All of my questions along the way were met with prompt answers and such professionalism. Not to mention, the job was completed very quickly and every thing was put back in the proper place! Cross assisted in this process. I am very satisfied with the finished product. I would highly recommend SERVPRO.

Fidel was the lead on our very complicated, very hard attic remediation job with Servpro. With Fidel on the job, I felt confident in the work that was being done. Fidel was honest, transparent, and incredibly helpful. Not to mention, the entire team was extremely hard working. I highly recommend Fidel be the lead on your job. You won’t be disappointed!
