Sara is our Production Supervisor at SERVPRO of Frederick County. Her experience working for SERVPRO spans from 2012, with an additional nine years before helping our team. She has been certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): FSRT fire and smoke restoration, OCT odor control tech, and EPA Lead Renovator.

David has been a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Frederick County since 2019 with related construction experience of several years. He previously drove a truck for Wayfair. David is the proud parent of a six-year-old daughter and resides in Gaithersburg, MD. His favorite food is "pupusas." "I am always laughing at everything, and I can't stay serious for a long period of time." He likes the teamwork environment and helping others.

Kelly has been the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Frederick County since 2020. She keeps the administration buzzing with hands-on actions. Her 7+ years of construction experience combine well with WRT, CPR, and FSRT and safety certifications. She resides in Woodbine, MD, with her kids, a grandbaby, and some furry babies. Kelly taught Yoga, her favorite food are fish tacos, and she claims she is "Always learning something new and helping customers through difficult times."

Michelle has been our Accounting / HR Coordinator at SERVPRO of Frederick County since 2021. She had broad experience as a public school teacher and restaurant manager. Michelle lives in Baltimore, MD, and enjoys hiking, painting, and her family. She is a nature/outdoor person who likes lots of broccoli and sushi. Michelle appreciates the friendly office environment filled with pleasant coworkers.

Nico is a Production Supervisor at SERVPRO of Frederick County. He has a lot of restoration experience, including many years (12-16) of construction background, and has been a SERVPRO technician since 2010. Nico enjoys spending time with his wife and 10-year-old grandson. His favorite food-- a great Argentinean steak. He states that "the environment with his coworkers" is very special. Nico enjoys sleeping after working hard. Nico lives in Burtonsville, MD.

Santos has been a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Frederick County since 2021 and has construction and demolition experience dating back to 2011. He resides in Montgomery Village, MD, and has a daughter and son. He enjoys fishing and his favorite soup--Caldo de Res. Santos likes listening to music, especially his favorite singer, Vincente Fernandez. He served in the military in El Salvador for five years. Santos says, "I like everything about SERVPRO, and I love what I do."

Juan Median serves as the Production Manager for SERVPRO of Frederick County. With extensive experience in the restoration industry, Juan relocated to Maryland from Florida, where he also held a Production Manager position. His commitment to excellence is backed by his IICRC certification, ensuring that every project is handled with the highest industry standards. Juan brings a wealth of knowledge and a dedication to customer satisfaction to his role, making him an invaluable leader on our team.

As the Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Frederick County, Chris Neff brings the same level of dedication and expertise that made his years as a construction company owner so successful. With a keen eye for detail, he excels in repairing both commercial and residential properties. When he's not on the job, Chris loves spending time with his family and enjoys outdoor adventures like camping and hiking.

Angelis is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Frederick County. He is excellent at organizing our technicians and pleases our customers and clients with his initiative and background. Angelis is IICRC certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and also as an AMRT--Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.

Sarielle has been with SERVPRO of Frederick County since 2026 as a Receptionist/Dispatcher. With experience in executive support, scheduling, customer service, bookkeeping, and office operations, she helps keep communication and daily workflows organized for customers and the team. Sarielle is comfortable managing multiple priorities while handling important administrative details. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending sprint car races, fishing, doing her nails, and watching American Ninja Warrior.

Morgan B. has been with SERVPRO of Frederick County since 2026 as a Marketing Specialist. Her background includes digital strategy, SEO, social media, graphic design, and website design, along with previous marketing work involving major national and international brands. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Marketing from Alvernia University and now helps support the team’s online visibility and local marketing efforts throughout Frederick County. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Kallie Harrison has been with SERVPRO of Frederick County since 2024 and serves as a Job File Coordinator, helping keep mitigation jobs organized and moving smoothly. She started as a receptionist while also assisting with marketing, then grew into her current role managing job files and supporting communication between customers, technicians, and office staff. A Brunswick, Maryland native and 2020 graduate of Brunswick High School, Kallie brings local connection and a steady, helpful approach to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys tubing and going to country concerts.
