    Diane Whittles

    Diane Whittles is President of SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park and SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/ Lothian. She is proud of her minority Woman-Owned status (MDOT 13-178).

    Diane took over the reins when her beloved husband, Mike Whittles, passed away in 2012. Mike knew EVERYONE in the Annapolis area and she hopes to make him proud by continuing to grow the business he founded in 1976. Diane is IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying, Bio Recovery, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Health and Safety, as well as IICRC 10 Hour OSHA certified.

    Nick Whittles

    With over 10 years of experience working at SERVPRO, and a lifetime being in the SERVPRO family, Nick understands the SERVPRO standard. Nick is a compassionate leader with a tenacious drive to make every day count. As our Co-President, Nick has IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Trauma & Crime Scene cleanup. When Nick is not in the office, you can usually find him out on the golf course, walking his dog or with his family.

    Chris Goedeke

    Chris oversees Chase Creek Remodeling, the reconstruction division of our business. Chris is an ACAC Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor and a Certified Commercial Drying Specialist with 20 years of emergency response experience. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, Carpet Repair and Installation. He is also IICRC Master Water Restorer and Master Fire Smoke Restorer! Chris oversees all reconstruction projects following a loss. Outside of work, Chris loves working on his farm, watching the Vikings and spending time with his family.

    Eric Long

    Eric is our Contents Operations Manager and a critical piece of our production team. Eric has worked in every production position SERVPRO has to offer and now oversees our Contents Division. With his experience as a field technician and production manager, Eric is well-versed in the restoration industry and has been with us for over 10 years. Eric is currently IICRC Certified in Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Contents Processing, Applied Microbial Remediation, Odor Control, and Commercial Drying. Outside of work, Eric enjoys watching the Baltimore Ravens and taking walks with his dog.

    Craig is our Lead Estimator here at SERVPRO and is an essential piece of our production team. Craig has over 10 years of experience here as an estimator and even owned his own restoration franchise for over 10 years. With his years of experience, Craig helps across the board with our production crews, warehouse management and content claims services. Craig always has an upbeat attitude and an eagerness to crack some jokes! Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time fishing and hunting.

    Justin is our Production Manager, having worked at SERVPRO for over 13 years. Justin was in the restoration industry prior to SERVPRO and has tremendous experience as a crew chief at our franchise. As a wildly efficient worker, Justin has completed every type of job a SERVPRO franchise could encounter. Justin always goes above and beyond for each customer to ensure they are more than satisfied with the work he does for them. When Justin is not working at SERVPRO, he spends time with his wife and three children, as well as cheering on the Ravens.

    Jim has been working at SERVPRO for over 10 years and always says yes to work! Jim has an incredible work ethic and is an expert in commercial and large losses. Jim is our Production Manager, overseeing all mitigation and cleaning services. Jim's IICRC Certifications include Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Commercial Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Trauma and Crime Scene, and Applied Structural Drying. Jim is flexible and adaptable, he does his best to ease the burden of customers that may be in difficult situations. In Jim’s spare time, you can find him out on the water, either boating or fishing!

    Charles Wilson

    Charles is one of our most tenured employees with over 35 years of experience with SERVPRO. With experience in estimating and as a field technician, Charles now manages our 20,000 square foot warehouse and all our equipment. Charles exudes positive energy. If you are having a bad day, spend a few minutes with Charles, his positivity is contagious! In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time with his large family and playing bass for his band.

    Scott is our Pack-Out Supervisor and helps to protect customers’ personal belongings in the event of a disaster. Scott has over 6 years of experience with handling contents, he works deliberately to restore items to preloss condition. Scott previously owned a moving company, making him an expert at his craft. Additionally, Scott served in the United States Army for a few years. During his time outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his kids and playing video games.

Lindsey is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending quality time with her two kids and husband, as well as doing adventurous outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing.

    Lastacia is our Job File Coordinator and a crucial element of our office staff, she has been with our SERVPRO team for over 5 years now. Lastacia assists with scheduling, answering incoming calls, and billing. Lastacia came to SERVPRO without prior knowledge of the restoration industry. Since her first day, Lastacia has been a team player and a quick learner who is always absorbing knowledge about the restoration industry. When she’s not working, Lastacia enjoys finding new places to eat and working out.
