ServPro of Saugus cleaned a house for us that had trash up to the ceilings, tobacco stains on the walls, mold, water damage, etc. The manager of the project, John, worked with us to be sure we got everything we needed and wanted. The crew, Nick and Gage, did an amazing job, above and beyond what we could have expected. Nick and Gage were extremely professional, polite and just excellent people. They came every day with a smile and did the work that not many people would want to do. They also knew we were planning an estate sale, and they thoughtfully saved items that may have been sentimental or valuable for us. Nick and Gage successfully turned this house back into the beautiful house it used to be, and brought some light into a tough situation for myself and my family.
Called in complete panic mode after a water main break flooded our home. Firefighter on site suggested I call ServPro asap. I did and it was the best decision. They arrived quickly and immediately went to work. Within days the wet items were removed and dehumidifiers were running. My insurance adjuster showed up, said he’s worked with them before and they’re on the same page. It’s been a couple weeks and we’re on to reconstruction. While I hope a disaster never hits anyone reading this, if it does, call these guys. They can’t remove all the stress but they remove a good bit of it.
We woke up to an unexpected sound in our basement and discovered that our hot water heater was leaking everywhere. I immediately called Servpro, and their team arrived promptly. They quickly stopped the water flow and expertly cleaned up the mess. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and professionalism. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Tom Heenan. We had severe damage due to a burst pipe in the winter while we were away. Tom came to our house to check out the damage and assured us that Servpro would take care of us. Tom's crew came out and they were polite and respectful of our property. Tom's crew worked diligently to clean the water damage in a timely matter. We couldn't have gotten through this incident without Tom Heenan.
