We are pleased to have Joseph on our staff. He is highly trained and has eight years of experience in the restoration industry. He has been involved in hundreds of restoration jobs including everything from small household water and mold damage to large scale industrial fires, floods, and trauma scenes.

Alana is an Office Administrator here at SERVPRO of Saugus, West Lynn, having joined our team in 2020. She earned a Marketing Degree at Fisher College in Boston and has prior work and customer relations experience as a Director at the YMCA. Alana can help get your home back in order by contacting her at (978) 744-0409. She lives in Salem, MA, and has many interests and hobbies. Among them are biking, shopping, reading, and hanging out with family and friends.

Thomas Heenan is our new Business development manager. Tom was born and raised in Medford, MA, Tom attended college at Salem State University. Tom began his career working in the non-profit sector for the American Red Cross. Throughout his career, he has had success in real estate and advertising. Now a Business Development Manager for SERVPRO of Salem / Peabody / Marblehead, he is excited to help build awareness for the S brand and help clients mitigate losses.
Tom lives in Salem with his wife Rachel, their little boy Trevor and his dog Rocky! Tom is huge Bruins fan and likes to read, hike and spend time with his family.

Pedro is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Saugus, West Lynn, since 2020. He is enthusiastic about his new occupation in the restoration industry and puts forth a strong effort each day. He has held diverse positions, including as a chef, and we are glad that he is now part of our production team. Pedro lives in Lowell, MA, and spends time playing video games, basketball, baseball, and taking road trips.

Yana is an Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Saugus, West Lynn, since 2021. She is excited to be a member of our team and to working with our office staff to continue great customer service. Yana brings years of experience in the banking industry, and we are glad to have her supporting our efforts. She is ready to help; just contact her at (978) 634-3377.

Eliseo Gonzalez is from Boston, MA. He has a strong background in construction. He recently started with water restoration to expand his knowledge within the industry. Family is everything to him and he dedicates his life to his five children. On his spare time he enjoys watching sports and playing sports. His enjoys spending time with his children.
