I’m the General Manager of a dealer group on the South Shore. After a huge rainstorm, we had a pretty significant water intrusion in a recently remodeled conference room. Servpro has been great in helping us find the cause of damage and who we needed to speak with. During the blizzard this past winter, an ice dam caused leaks in our roof and consequently water leaked into our main bedroom. Servpro’s crew lead by John with Stephen and Dom, stripped away all the the wet and damaged ceilings, walls plaster, the hardwood flooring and window casings and cleaned up everything swept and left spotless.
