I had a water disaster on my first floor that also soaked through into my basement. These guys came in immediately after I notified my insurance and they went to work. They explained everything they were going to do so that I would understand ahead of time. The goal was to remove what was holding moisture (potential mold hazard) and get to the wood framing underneath so it can be inspected and treated for mold. They pulled out all my kitchen cabinets (and very heavy granite countertops), everything in the bathroom, all my hardwood flooring throughout, basement insulation and garage drywall which was wet from the upstairs water seepage. All things considered, they left my house very clean when they were done. Truly amazing. They were a great team of professionals and it was a real pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended!

On time, efficient and THOROUGH! The absolute standard IMO.

I’m the General Manager of a dealer group on the South Shore. After a huge rainstorm, we had a pretty significant water intrusion in a recently remodeled conference room. Needless to say, we were initially panicking, thinking all the money we had just put into the renovation was going to be lost. We called SERVPRO, and Team Labrie was there within an hour. They immediately got to work cleaning and extracting all of the water, set up the drying equipment, and continued to monitor everything over the next several days to make sure the area was properly dried and mitigated. We were extremely happy with the service and, especially, how quickly they responded. Diana and Jay were a huge help throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. They were professional, thorough, and kept us informed every step of the way. Servpro has been great in helping us find the cause of damage and who we needed to speak with. Once we started an insurance claim they sent out Jake and Matt, the demolition team and these guys explained exactly what they were doing and what next steps were. As we continue our repairs and replacement we will definitely be using the Servpro service.
