John C. came out to assess my attic after MassSaves indicated that there was water damage present that would need to be remediated in advance of any work. John was an incredibly professional, supremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest assessor. He talked me through the root of what was going on, why it looked the way it did, and then laid out clear next steps. No up sells, no conjuring up services; just aligning what he could provide to what I needed to get done. If there is ever another issue that crops up, I know who I’ll be calling.

During the recent heavy wind and rain storm, our roof sustained partial damage and leak in the roof. the water quickly collected in the ceiling soaking the batt insulation resulting in partial ceiling collapse in the living room we came home from an out of town trip to a pile of sheet rock on the floor and a heavy stench and mold and that rendered the home un-habitable Serve pro was tasked with patching the roof, removing the rubble, removing the mold , cleaning and substantially improving the air quality in the whole house. Servpro stepped up to the task and knew exactly what to do and they did it on time and in order. Servepro deployed several teams to do the job (it was surgical!) all of them from top to bottom were extremely professional Kudos to all of them days into it and now we are ready for the buildout if you have home damage and you need help, Servpro is your team, you will not regret it!
