Meet Our Team

Ellen Sullivan is the Office Manager at SERVPRO^® of Medford/Everett. She has her Water Restoration Technician and Fire Restoration Technician certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Ellen has been with the company since 2005.

Jon Ethier is a Project Manager at SERVPRO^® of Medford/Everett. He has his Applied Structural Drying, Water Restoration Technician and Fire Restoration Technician certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Jon has been with the company since 2007.

Dennielle is the Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Medford/Everett. She joined our team in 2021 but has previously worked in California for SERVPRO for over three years. She also has a background as a job file coordinator at a flood management company. Dennielle has a college degree and resides in Saugus. She has been happily married since 2007 and has three children, two handsome boys, and a gorgeous baby girl. Dennielle spends all of her available time with her family and enjoys attending their sports and school activities. Her family participates in many military organizations along with her husband, such as the Marine Corps Honor Fun Run and Veterans parades.

Joseph is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Medford/Everett. He has experience from 2012 in the restoration industry in Connecticut and Florida. He has IICRC certifications in several categories. Joseph also has re-build experience working for many years as a construction superintendent.
In his spare time, Joseph enjoys flying airplanes, traveling, and hiking.

Katie Shearer is an office administrator at SERVPRO of Medford/Everett and has 20+ years of bookkeeping and administrative experience.
As office administrator, Katie is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and customer service. She runs a well-organized office.
When not in the office, Katie spends her time making memories with her husband Brian and their two young daughters, Evelyn and Abigail.

Eddy Hernandez is a crew chief at SERVPRO^® of Medford/Everett. He has his Water Restoration Technician certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Eddy has been with the company since 2003.

Michael is a Production Technicians at SERVPRO of Medford/Everett. He hails from Beverly, MA, and has recently received his WRT water damage restoration and FSRT fire and smoke restoration certifications from the IICRC. Michael is a member of our armed forces, the Army Reserves, and enjoys the outdoors and hiking.

Thomas Heenan is our new Business Development Manager at SERVPRO of Medford/Everett since 2020. He was born and raised in Medford, MA, and attended college at Salem State University. Tom began his career working in the non-profit sector for the American Red Cross. Throughout his career, he has had success in real estate and advertising. Now he is excited to help build awareness for the SERVPRO brand, grow our business, and help clients mitigate water, fire, and mold damage. Tom resides in Salem with his wife Rachel, their small son Trevor and his dog Rocky! Tom is a huge Boston Bruins fan and likes to read, hike, and spend time with his family.

Edwin is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Medford/Everett, and he is now living in Lowell, MA. Edwin has many years of experience in the cleanup and restoration industry and is certified in mold remediation AMRT, water restorations, WRT and trauma, and crime scene biohazard cleaning. Edwin relishes spending time with his family and also traveling.

Alana is an Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Medford/Everett and joined our staff in 2020. She received a Marketing Degree at Fisher College in Boston and has worked as a Director at the YMCA. She resides in Salem, MA and her hobbies include biking, reading, hanging out with friends, and shopping.

Jimmy Cavanaugh is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Medford/Everett and currently resides in Methuen, MA.
Jimmy has been working for SERVPRO since 2007 and has many certifications:
• health and safety
• Fire and smoke restoration FSRT
• Water damage restoration WRT
• Trauma and crime scene
• Osha 10 construction industry
• Osha 10 general industry
Jimmy enjoys playing darts and shooting pool. His passion is to BBQ on the grill. He loves to take his two children to amusement parks, the beach, and day trips. Jimmy is a great guy, cares about his customers, and likes to experience something new every day.

Pedro is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Medford/Everet since 2020. He is enthusiastic about his new career in the restoration industry and is a hard worker. He has held numerous jobs, including as a chef, and we are delighted to have him here with our team. Pedro hails from Lowell, MA. He enjoys the challenge of video games, playing baseball and basketball, and taking road trips.

Yana is an Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Medford / Everett since 2021 and is greatly looking forward to working with our production team and office staff. She has extensive experience in banking operations and uses this experience to provide the best customer service possible. Eliseo Gonzalez is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Medford/Everett. He is from Boston and has a strong background in the construction trades. He recently started with water damage restoration to expand his knowledge within this field of choice. Family is everything to Eliseo, and he devotes his life and efforts to his five children. Besides spending plenty of time with his kids, he enjoys watching and playing sports.
