I don’t write many reviews, so when I do, it’s because a company has truly exceeded my expectations. I brought Servpro of Lowell a highly collectible mid-century modern dresser that was permeated with cigarette odor. This piece meant a great deal to me, so I was understandably nervous about trusting it to just anyone. From my first phone call with Justin to meeting Alan and his team—Jeremy, Adam, Mark, and Josh—I knew my dresser was in good hands. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, genuinely kind, and respectful. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, and treated both me and my furniture with genuine care. That level of customer service is something I rarely experience anymore, and it made a lasting impression. Alan took the time to explain the remediation process and answer my questions, which immediately put me at ease. Servpro of Lowell successfully removed the cigarette odor, exactly as promised. Having worked in retail myself, I know exceptional customer service when I see it. Servpro often helps people after fires, floods, and other devastating situations. If this is the level of care they show someone bringing in a single piece of furniture, I can only imagine how reassuring they are to customers facing much more difficult circumstances. I worked with Alan, Adam, Jon, and Marc. They were extremely professional. They helped explain next steps in a way that was really easy to understand. They took the worry away, for me and my boyfriend being first time homebuyers I would recommend them always.

We had some mold issues in a place we were renting, and we called SERVPRO of Lowell to handle the remediation. Alan, John and Mark were punctual, friendly, and very professional. Between the time that we originally quoted them and when they showed up, a second leak/mold area reared its head, and they took care of it no problem even though it wasn't a part of the original quote. They cleaned up after their work and were mindful of our pets. Though I hope not to need their services again, if I do, I know who my first call will be to.

Needed to clean out an oversized shed that had been neglected and occupied by a family of squirrels for some time. And it couldn't have gone any better.
