Doug Glassman
President/Owner
Doug is the President and Owner of SERVPRO of Fall River. Doug grew up in Dartmouth and after working 10 years for a Fortune 500 company, came back to the South Coast Area to follow his passion and fulfill a life-long dream of being a business owner.
Doug is part of the CEO Round Table; on the Board of the South Coast Chamber of Commerce, on their Integration Committee and a member of the Bristol County and Cranberry Country Chamber of Commerce; on the Board of the Community Foundation and a member of their Development Committee; Campaign Chair of the United Way of the Greater New Bedford and on the New Bedford Regeneration Committee. He is also an active member of the South Coast Business Alliance (SCBA), Realtor Association of Southeastern Mass (RASEM) as well as the South Coast & Greater Fall River Young Professionals Networks. He is proud of all that his team has accomplished thus far and is excited to see the company continue to flourish.
Dave Coulombe
Operations Manager
Dave brings over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry to his role as Operations Manager. His extensive knowledge and leadership are invaluable to our team, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. We’re proud to have Dave as an integral part of SERVPRO, where his expertise makes a difference every day.
Kate Webb
Bookkeeper
Kate started with us back in October 2018 after a 30-year career in Property Management. She has had a fascinating life - putting herself through college working as a bookkeeper and graduating with a double major in Psychology & Sociology, she spent several years working with incarcerated juveniles. Kate is also co-founder of a family support group for individuals with special needs, an organization in which she started after gaining custody of her niece in 1989 with whom she is developmentally delayed. With three children and six grandchildren, her time is mostly spent with family when she isn’t volunteering with Operation Clean Sweep, riding her bike in marathons with partner Eric, or taking her sailboat, Katie-Did, across Buzzards Bay. With so much professional and life experience, she’s been a great addition to our growing team here at SERVPRO, always brightening up our office with her kind and good-natured personality. We’re lucky to have her with us!
Darcey Prenda
Office Manager
Darcey serves as the Office Manager at SERVPRO, bringing eight years of experience as a Production Supervisor in asset retrieval to her role. Since joining our team, she has expanded her expertise in the restoration industry and even became a certified Notary Public. Darcey’s favorite part of her job is learning the restoration process while supporting both our team and our customers. She values the positive work environment at SERVPRO and is proud to be part of such a dedicated and supportive crew.
Chuck Bull
Construction Manager
Chuck is our Construction Manager at SERVPRO and has been with us since August 2023. Prior to joining our team, he served as an Operations and Facility Manager, bringing valuable leadership and hands-on experience in managing complex projects. At SERVPRO, Chuck oversees all construction and remodeling projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. His expertise and dedication ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish, helping our customers return to their homes and businesses with confidence.
Jennifer Miranda
Marketing Manager
Jen is the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO and brings a unique blend of sales and marketing experience to her role. Prior to joining SERVPRO, she worked as a closer for a processing company, honing her skills in client communication and relationship building. At SERVPRO, Jen leads marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness, drive referrals, and engage with the community, ensuring that both residential and commercial customers know they can rely on SERVPRO when disaster strikes. Her creativity, strategic thinking, and dedication make her an invaluable part of the team.
Patrick Webb
Project Manager
Patrick is our Project Manager at SERVPRO and has been with the team since May 2020. His attention to detail, leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction make him a key part of the SERVPRO team, helping homeowners and businesses recover and improve their properties with confidence.

Crew Chief
Josh has been a Crew Chief at SERVPRO since 2014, bringing years of hands-on experience to every project. Stephon Mendes
Crew Chief
Stephon has been with SERVPRO since 2022 and serves as a Crew Chief, leading day-to-day job site operations. He ensures tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO’s high standards. Stephon’s hands-on experience, reliability, and leadership on site make him an important part of the team and a trusted presence for both his crew and our customers.
Zachary Bachand
Crew Chief
Zach is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO, bringing experience, skill, and dedication to every job. He guides his team on-site, ensuring work is done safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Known for his reliability and hands-on approach, Zach is a valued member of the SERVPRO team and helps customers restore and improve their homes and businesses.
Raquel Rodrigues
Assistant Construction Manager
Raquel is the Assistant Construction Manager at SERVPRO, providing vital support to the construction team and helping oversee projects from start to finish. She coordinates scheduling, paperwork, and communication to ensure each job runs smoothly and efficiently.
