    Our SERVPRO of Greater Covington and Mandeville team has grown quite a lot since our establishment in 2009. We are now the largest restoration crew on the Northshore. Our leadership team collectively holds over 65 years of experience in the restoration industry and over a dozen certifications!

    Stephanie Lachney is our Office manager, another word for our behind the scenes hero who makes sure our business runs smoothly in every way possible. Stephanie manages our finances, hiring processes, and day-to-day business operations. She joined our team in 2011 as a cleaning technician and has experience working in each department over the years. She is a certified IICRC Water Damage Technician and Biohazard & Crime Scene Certified with the National Institute of Decontamination Specialists. Stephanie loves rock climbing and cooking healthy meals in her free time

    Operations Manager -

    Plans and executes all mold remediation, biohazard removal, and COVID-19 cleaning projects while overseeing daily operations and large loss projects. She is a certified IICRC Water Restoration Technician, certified Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and Biohazard & Crime Scene Certified with the National Institute of Decontamination Specialist, Jami joined our team in 2020 and has over ten years of experience in the restoration industry. She loves vacationing at the beach and spending time with her family in her free time.

She joined our team in June 2023. Anne is a certified IICRC Water Damage Technician and Certified IICRC FSRT Restoration Technician. She loves to play video games, spend time with family, and be the best soccer mom in her free time.

Not all heroes wear capes! Sometimes they show up on a Saturday evening when you think your house is falling apart. After an entire week of dealing with a water issue in my home, having multiple people in and out assessing the damage, and being told I could be looking at anywhere from $10,000 to possibly $30,000 in repairs, I was beyond stressed. I had been told there was water damage in my walls, vanity, cabinets, and other areas and had already started preparing myself and my home for a massive project. Then Corey walked in. He thoroughly assessed everything and quickly determined that I did NOT have the extensive damage I had been led to believe I had. In fact, there was only one very small area that actually needed to be addressed. Just like that, six days of stress disappeared. I could finally breathe. I am so grateful for his honesty!! He could have easily gone along with what I had already been told, and I would have never known the difference. Instead, he was honest about what actually needed to be done and, just as importantly, what did NOT need to be done. After determining that the damage was so minimal that I could cancel the insurance claim I had opened, he even popped the trim off for me and offered to help remove the carpet I had already pulled up. And did I mention he did all of this on a SATURDAY EVENING? He came out because I genuinely believed I had an emergency on my hands based on everything I had previously been told. Corey saved me from an enormous amount of unnecessary stress, work, and expense. Thank you, Corey, for your professionalism, kindness, and, most of all, your honesty. It is incredibly refreshing to come across someone who genuinely wants to do the right thing. If you are looking for someone you can TRUST, call Corey. He absolutely saved me!

Our History

Stuart Andrus first opened SERVPRO® of Greater Covington and Mandeville in 2009 with the help of his nephew, one green van, and a few pieces of equipment. Since then, our team has grown to be the largest full-time restoration crew on the Northshore operating from a 15,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled building with hundreds of pieces of professional restoration equipment. We have now helped thousands of homeowners and business owners throughout St. Tammany Parish and the entire Greater New Orleans region.
