Scott is a rock star, very friendly and extremely helpful!

ServPro has been great! However, they clearly have a standout employee (quarterback shall I say) who deserves a shout out, Scott Cole (estimator who I have had the delight of working with)! This fire experience has been traumatic at best and for a while it felt like i was in this dingy by myself (who do I call? what do I do to make this faster? What step is next) Then by complete accident I happened to phone the office and connect with my estimator, Scott. It was like he picked up a fumbled ball and ran with it. He started calling the adjuster, my insurance agent, and coordinating between the back office and myself (Believe me when I say I am not easy, grew up in commercial HVAC and graduated law school). I would not wish this experience on anyone, but if you are forced to go through this, I would recommend ServPro of East Baton Rouge just based on Scott Cole alone! This is not to take away from the other people I have been in touch with (Tom, David, and Hope). They are all very nice, but I believe that Scott is the true MVP!

We experienced not one- but 2- separate water leaks in our home in less than 2 years. The first time Mr.Tom Winnfield walked in our home we immediately were impressed with his attention to detail, his explanation of how Serve Pro would help us and his follow up. He is the definition of professionalism with a personal touch. The second time we had an issue with water, it was like an old friend stopping by to help. A sigh of relief during a tough time is what we felt seeing him. He is truly an impressive asset to this business and we felt so very well taken care of. God bless Mr. Tom!
