We had a small grease fire in the kitchen and SERVPRO worked with the insurance company to clean the house and get rid of the smell. They were very polite and knowledgeable.
We had a fire in our house when a potpourri holder ignited. They arrived and took an inventory of all of our damage belongings. This was very helpful since the insurance company requested that we make a list of what was damaged. They cleaned everything including the house and got rid of the nasty smell. Brian has a background as an insurance adjuster and John comes from a technology skill set. The combination of the two has allowed SERVPRO of Alexandria to grow with the current industry trends. Over the years, Brian and John have gained extensive knowledge on how different aspects of the business should be run effectively and is certified in all areas of mitigation and restoration. As working owners, Brian and John have gained the respect and admiration of their peers and competitors by being a “hands on owners”, present in the daily operations of the business.
Since the day it was acquired, SERVPRO of Alexandria has helped countless families and businesses recover from unexpected disasters.
