About Us
Erik Olson graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2006 with a B.S. in Business Administration. His education propelled him to quickly help build a thriving SERVPRO business, Olson Restoration/SERVPRO of Greater Boulder in Colorado. In 2012, he became President and CEO.
Erik has been with his family-owned company, SERVPRO of Greater Boulder, since 1980. He, along with co-owners Kristine C. Olson and Scott Beck, is now the owner of five SERVPRO franchises across Colorado, Texas, Indiana, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Canada, offering services ranging from mitigation to full restoration. He was the first to own a SERVPRO franchise internationally. Erik also leads one of the three Commercial SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Teams in the nation.
Olson Restoration acquired SERVPRO of Central and Downtown Indianapolis in March 2020. The team there welcomes him and is excited to continue growing the business together in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Erik has been recognized by SERVPRO corporate for his outstanding achievements and contributions to excellence. He is well-versed not only in residential losses but also in all types of commercial damages. Erik is ready to help clients get their schools, hospitals, and other retail businesses back up and running while navigating the challenges that come with such complex projects.
He lives in Longmont, Colorado, with his wife, Kacey, and their three children. A man of faith, Erik strongly believes in giving back to his community and is involved with numerous philanthropic projects and charities.

Servpro Team Olson got me a plumber within one day (at a time where all plumbers were VERY busy) to fix a damaged drain pipe that was leaking water in my commercial warehouse. Servpro were very fast and prompt with their service. Mario and Spencer were helpful explaining everything to us, so we understood the damage that the ice dam caused to our walks. They made sure to check that only that one section had water damage and it wasn’t anywhere else.
We had a water leak from a major supply line from a water heater supplying an apartment building. The ServPro team was onsite within a few hours of our calling them and once they got to work, our team could breath a sigh of relief. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the space, drying out the drywall and flooring, necessary demo, and keeping the work space clean. The team took steps to make sure the work space was safe: the work space was clean, edged of flooring were taped over, electrical cords were taped down to prevent trip hazards, and the walkways were covered with protective covering. In addition to their onsite professionalism, their administrative skills left me very impressed: the team supplied consistent updates about progress, clearly explained next steps, worked directly with our insurance provider, and were polite and respectful when working with our residents.
Jacob, with Indy West’s location was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of remediation. He communicated well and was very forthcoming and willing to work around our schedule. I hope to never need Servepro’s services in the future, but if we do, I would request Jacob over and over.
Super responsive!! We found a leak in our roof, and a couple days later we noticed mold growing on the drywall in the living room. This company was out and started drying out our living room within a day. Not only were they super responsive , they ensured they weren't disrupting asbestos containing materials before they started the clean-up. Can't recommend them enough!

Servpro saved the day when my basement flooded!! Mario, Spencer, and the other guys on the team worked quickly and professionally to get the water out of my basement.
