Carlos and his band of merry men came in like a white tornado and Did the job. They picked up planks of wood and secured all the areas so that dirt wasn’t spread. Got the water out of the floor. We had water in the floor. They were terrific.
We came about working with SERVPRO after dealing with water damage from our neighbors fire. We had damage to all 3 floors of our home. Jose Olvera and his team came out the same night to assess the damage and put interventions in place to reduce as much damage as they could. They came out multiple times -the same day to fix any concerns we had. Jose did a great job of explaining the repair process to us, answering any and all questions and went above and beyond to communicate with our insurance especially when they wouldn’t answer in a timely manner.
