Carlos and his band of merry men came in like a white tornado and Did the job. They picked up planks of wood and secured all the areas so that dirt wasn’t spread. Got the water out of the floor. We had water in the floor. They were terrific.
We came about working with SERVPRO after dealing with water damage from our neighbors fire. We had damage to all 3 floors of our home. Jose Olvera and his team came out the same night to assess the damage and put interventions in place to reduce as much damage as they could. They came out multiple times -the same day to fix any concerns we had. Jose did a great job of explaining the repair process to us, answering any and all questions and went above and beyond to communicate with our insurance especially when they wouldn’t answer in a timely manner. He made it clear that he was always available, he would answer calls and texts immediately. I highly recommend working with SERVPRO- West town/ south loop/ greektown location. Their professionalism along with their compassion for our situation is something you rarely see now a days.
Carlos and his crew were amazing and came to Us in the middle of a disaster. Appreciate him and all of his crew. It was traumatizing for us after a pipe burst in our home but he helped us get through the process.
