We had an excellent experience with SERVPRO of Ravenswood. The team were incredible and very professional after we suffered damage in our Condo. Our fridge leaked and damaged a large section of our hardwood flooring and carpeting. The team came out within an hour of us calling, helped us communicate with our insurance, and began the mitigation process the next day. They were communicative throughout the whole process, explained every detail to us during the initial assessment and continuously through the drying period, and were always timely in their work.
