After a hot water heater explosion in my home on a second floor, I made a phone call to Servpro Northwest and a crew was sent out the same day. Very efficient team clearing out water damaged walls, flooring and carpet. My home was assigned to Bryan Nee after an insurance claim. Vinny and Miguel were assigned to take care of restoration work. What a skilled twosome! Miguel is a true craftman. My home looks beautiful 😍. Couldn't be happier. Bryan Nee went above and beyond for me getting rid of an electrical problem that was not code. Might have saved me from a future fire. He is all about making you happy and I appreciated his down to earth demeanor. Servpro is lucky to have him and I got lucky too having him assigned to my home. I had a hot water leak in my home, and SERVPRO was there to help from start to finish. Bryan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was properly dried out, even after they had to cut into the walls, and then helped get everything put back together and restored to how it was before the damage. Bryan was professional, responsive, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I really appreciated the care and attention he put into making sure everything was taken care of properly. I highly recommend SERVPRO and especially Bryan for anyone dealing with water damage. Excellent service from beginning to end!
We had a great experience with this water restoration company from start to finish. They handled the water cleanup quickly and efficiently, and the entire reconstruction process was completed with great attention to detail. The crew was professional, respectful, and kept everything clean throughout the job. It’s not easy dealing with water damage, but they made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. It started with a phone call when a lovely lady named Kim answered the phone and was si friendly and knowledgeable. She wasted no time and had a Manager out here to assess my water damages. She continues to keep me updated on everything. Alec, Dave, and crew were great. So glad I found Servpro and Kim. A true shining star 🌟 Servpro should be very lucky to have her.

The responsiveness of ServPro, Brian, and crew was remarkable given the unexpected flooding of our basement. With 2 hours of my SOS call, and perhaps even less, they were on site to deal with the issues. And the care, concern, and overall customer service truly was exceptional.
We had SERVPRO come out after our basement flooded from a storm and they were great to work with. They were quick to respond, very communicative throughout the process, and extremely professional. Drake was especially helpful. He walked us through everything, gave clear recommendations, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Would definitely recommend!
