We had a flood in our basement and as you can imagine, was very overwhelming and I didn't even know where to get started for this type of project. I used Servpro after my basement flooded in December of 2023. The technicians were great and did a wonderful job. I am writing this review, though, on Jodi, who handles the office. SHE IS AMAZING!! She went above and beyond with her customer service and I am so thankful for her attention to detail, kindness and fabulous personality. Jodi, you are a gem!
