One of the most stress inducing experiences is heading downstairs to discover your finished basement has water. It is taxing, laborious, and quite frankly, emotional and overwhelming. When Mario from Servpro arrived, he was more than professional, efficient, quick, and clear. He was comforting, kind, compassionate, and helpful. Every interaction I had with Mario and his team was truly a source of calm in the midst of chaos. Even when I talked to Patty on the phone for scheduling and questions, she was patient and warm. Yes, their work was thorough, impecciable, and excellent, but their kind demeanor in addition to that made the experience significantly less painful.
