Sewage Cleanup Services

SERVPRO has been great, handling the remediation of water damage from an upstairs neighbor that leaked into my place. Their staff is friendly, responsive and punctual. The initial inspection was fast and Mario was very thorough when explaining the process. When Mario and team came back and did the initial remediation they were very thorough, and explained what they were doing and why. It went very smoothly. The office manager Jacqy has been incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions promptly and completely. She is an effective communicator, and I am very happy with her proactive efforts to keep me updated. They are a well-run, professional shop and I'm glad I chose them for my remediation.

It was a quiet Sunday until a pipe burst in my wall, needless to say me staying calm was not in the cards.  Tom was amazing, as soon as the plumber left Tom and his crew were there.  Tom talked me through every detail and had the area disinfected and drying within 30 mins.  The professionalism and knowledge was second to none.  In this day and age it's so comforting to know a company that looks out for you in a time of need and doesn't take advantage of your misfortune. Thank you SERVPRO, and thank you to the entire crew.

While we were out of town we got news there was 4" of sewer water in our finished basement. Tom and the team from SERVPRO of Morton Grove/East Niles were incredibly responsive. Showed up at 11pm on Labor Day to assess the damage. They started the clean up process the next day - all while we were gone. They communicated with us, sent us pictures and completed the cleanup. They saved what they could but were also very honest about what needed to go for safety reasons. They also communicated directly with our insurance company and submitted the claims for us. While I sincerely hope to never go through this again, if we did I would not hesitate to use SERVPRO of Morton Grove/East Niles again.

My name is Mickie Frellick and I can’t begin to express how wonderful my experience was with SERVPRO Morton Groves. My basement in Chicago was destroyed with over 9 inches of sewage. During my initial phone call with Jacqy I knew I was in the best hands. She was immediately reassuring and incredibly helpful and responsive. She talked me off of numerous ledges during the entire process. Mario showed up within a day and was thorough and experienced, but also extremely compassionate. He gave me a VERY fare quote. I had done my shopping and his was the best. Chris and Jorge and crew showed up and did the job quickly and efficiently. They all went above and beyond. Truly. The entire team made a horrible situation manageable. I am very grateful for all of their hard work. I give them an A+.

I really appreciate all the help from Mario, Jorge and Alfredo as they quickly scoped and mitigated our issue at our home. This was especially important as my wife and I were just days away from having our first child, so really important to have the mold issue mitigated. Thank you to all three of you!

It is always nice to write a 5-star review for truly great service.  SERVPRO deserves credit for a job well done and for fixing what was a nightmare experience with another company.

We started out with another company to address a mold issue.  They were fired for their poor quality of work, but it put us in a tough spot trying to find someone to do it correctly after the fact.  

I called and first spoke to the office staff on the phone.  She was wonderful, asked a lot of questions, and was very empathetic to the situation.  She put me into contact with the production manager and a couple of hours later he was in our home to assess the situation and strategize our next steps.  He was knowledgeable and about the mold remediation process and proposed a plan that would pick up where the others left off and correct the problems the other company left behind.  

The Production Manager arranged to have a crew on-site the next morning. and showed up to make sure everyone was on the same page.  That and the great crew put our mind at ease.  The crew did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations.  They kept everything clean and did everything that was promised.

I recommend selecting these people first rather than having them come in after the fact.  Kudos to a great team and thank you for the great experience!
