SERVPRO of Morton Grove / East Niles

I contacted this SERVPRO location to help with a deep clean of a new home I just purchased. The owner reviewed what services they could provide and provided same day service. The crew arrived on time, walked through the job with me, and completed it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone in need of cleanup/removal services. I would without a doubt use them again.

Part of my ceiling fell in after a pipe broke in my attic. I was able to get a quick response from SERVPRO.  They were able to come out right away, assess the damage and start the clean up process. The whole team was friendly and helpful.  I would use this company again.

I was really impressed with SERVPRO.  The representative, who seemed to be in management, who came to meet me was honest and did not try to pad the bill.  He explained in an understandable manner what needed to be done, what did not need to be done and the time frame.  I found him to be very knowledgeable and a good resource.  The representative was patient and answered all of my questions.  I was happy with the service from SERVPRO.

Thank you for all of your help during the water incident that took place in our new home.  You saved us from damages that could've been way worse and guided us tremendously,  We met under unfortunate circumstances, but we are grateful to have gained a friend out of it!

Do yourselves a favor and use SERVPRO! Tom and his staff are so honest and won't leave you disappointed. Jacqy is the most helpful office manager - she is so reliable and will go above and beyond in making sure that everything runs smoothly! We had Chris as our point person with our service provided and he was awesome-he ensured that him and his staff sealed off our areas appropriately and was even kind enough to leave it up for me since he knew more work would be done. Mario has also been great with answering any questions that came up throughout the process. Thanks for the work!

My name is Mickie Frellick and I can’t begin to express how wonderful my experience was with SERVPRO Morton Groves. My basement in Chicago was destroyed with over 9 inches of sewage. During my initial phone call with Jacqy I knew I was in the best hands. She was immediately reassuring and incredibly helpful and responsive. She talked me off of numerous ledges during the entire process. Mario showed up within a day and was thorough and experienced, but also extremely compassionate. He gave me a VERY fare quote. I had done my shopping and his was the best. Chris and Jorge and crew showed up and did the job quickly and efficiently. They all went above and beyond. Truly. The entire team made a horrible situation manageable. I am very grateful for all of their hard work. I give them an A+.

We have now used SERVPRO twice due to our basement flooding. They are great to work with and come out very quickly after you reach out. For this time, we had flooding in our basement on Sunday morning, they had a rep out Sunday evening to give us a quote and a cleaning crew out Monday morning. They are very efficient and great to work with throughout the whole process. Jorge was the main contact on site and Jacqy was our contact afterwards and both were very professional and responsive to all of the questions we had. Hopefully we don’t have to use them again, but if the basement does flood, they will be the first people we call. They also are a preferred vendor for Statefarm which made it very easy when filing a claim.

SERVPRO has been great, handling the remediation of water damage from an upstairs neighbor that leaked into my place. Their staff is friendly, responsive and punctual. The initial inspection was fast and Mario was very thorough when explaining the process. When Mario and team came back and did the initial remediation they were very thorough, and explained what they were doing and why. It went very smoothly. The office manager Jacqy has been incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions promptly and completely. She is an effective communicator, and I am very happy with her proactive efforts to keep me updated. They are a well-run, professional shop and I'm glad I chose them for my remediation.
