When Servpro asked if we were happy after they completed the job I said "No, I am ecstatic!!!!" - - We had a parent/hoarder situation where I want to say their house was not cleaned in 20 years - dust as thick as a teddy bear - very sad, scary and unhealthy for them. They would never allow us in the house until Dad got sick and we had to make sure the home was safe for home care. We discovered a nightmare, but not ANYMORE - the Servpro team - Dawn, Kristina and the AMAZING team they brought cleaned and made our parents home look incredible - almost like a new home! Dad is a hunter and has a few deer heads hanging that were full of dust and they used a gentle touch to clean them and again WOW! We cannot stop saying wow and are so happy Dad can come home to a healthy, clean environment that we will now have maintained. THANK YOU THANK YOU to the best company I have ever worked with!
Uncovered water damage & mold. Bobby came out within 24 hours to check everything out and had a plan of attack. He uses great contractors, very knowledgeable, polite, honest and professional. They came out quick to identify the source and made the repairs to the roof. Osie & his team came out, laid down ram board to protect my floors, used plastic and tape to contain the area and prevent dust & debris from getting around the house. Got everything taken apart, cleaned and put back together. Excellent communication with what they were doing, answered all my questions and concerns, let me know what times they would be there and also worked around my schedule. I cannot express how awesome they were. If I ever have an unfortunate event like this again, I most certainly will be calling them again. I highly recommend them and would not use anyone else!

My condo was completely flooded and i was a mess. Then serv pro arrived! Reggie Key took charge and my relief was evident! He is a boss! They immediately started getting the water removed! They set up fans right after so no mold could form! It was 90 degrees in here and they worked tirelessly to get everything done despite the heat! They were very knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient and understanding ! They worked nonstop with no breaks except for lunch. Very hard workers. I would absolutely hire them again. I highly recommend them!
