Sergio, Jorge, Christian, Osvaldo from SERVPRO cleaned up up our basement after a devastating rain storm this weekend. They.were.phenomenal. They were at our home from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and just never stopped working until the job was done. They were courteous, professional, and their work was meticulous. It was absolutely disgusting what backed up into our basement. I certainly hope they are paid extremely well. We lost our flooring, drywall, and doors. They hauled it all away. These guys were just extraordinary. I will say, I was absolutely stunned when I got the bill (>$13,000)! That has nothing to do with them, of course. But, this happened 5 years ago and I know our bill wasn't this much with another restoration company. That part was profoundly disappointing. It is for this reason I might not use this company again. Not sure if this is what Stanley Steemer was charging but it felt like we were taken advantage of in a situation where we were helpless and vulnerable. Not gonna lie, I was pretty disgusted. But, again, the guys were GREAT!

ServPro Bedford Park/Burbank did an amazing job with a biohazard cleanup for our Condo building after a death of a tenant. This was sadly a horrible situation, but they were courteous, and professional. They listened to my questions and concerns and the job was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.
