I just wanted to say thanks again for helping us out yesterday at our rental property. Eric went above and beyond in wading through the 8 inches of water in our crawlspace with me to diagnose the issue with our sump pump (turned out to be the check valve). As of this morning we have rectified the issue and got all of the water out.
