Exceeded my expectations!!!! I have severe PTSD when it comes to paying to have my carpets cleaned. I have had horrible experiences from previous companies! But, having no time to clean the carpets myself, I had to hire it out. I work in the insurance industry, many of our insured's have used Servpro. I had a FANTASTIC experience with this company. I feel terrible because I can’t remember the name of the technician who helped me, but he was communicative, efficient, kind, and honest. He saved us hundreds of dollars and helped us get our home ready for selling. I also really appreciate that I didn’t have to wait for months to get an appointment. I also wasn’t stuck talking to some annoying automated system or some outsourced customer service person from another country to get my appointment.
Very pleased with the work of the ServPro of Idaho Falls team on our project. Jamie and Dakoda oversaw the project and kept us in communication through the entire process.
