SERVPRO of Idaho Falls

Exceeded my expectations!!!! I have severe PTSD when it comes to paying to have my carpets cleaned. I have had horrible experiences from previous companies! But, having no time to clean the carpets myself, I had to hire it out. I work in the insurance industry, many of our insured's have used Servpro. I've asked a handful of our restoration reps about their carpet cleaning services and Servpro stood out. I decided to give them a try.... James and Aaron arrived earlier than expected which was a HUGE blessing! As I showed them the rooms I was wanting cleaned, they noticed and communicated about spots and treatment before I could even bring it up!!!! They went through the process they would do and the cleaners they were going to use. I had to leave to go to work and felt 100% comfortable with them in my home alone! They even text me when they left! I was nervous to see how my carpets would look and how my house would smell when I got home.... I was beyond pleasantly surprised!!!! EVERY stain was gone!!! Even ones I have treated and scrubbed numerous times! The house smelled amazing and my carpets looked new again!!!! The quality and care of the service provided by James and Aaron were exceptional! Very professional and the results were more then I was expecting! I waited to do a review because I wanted to see if any spots came back - not a one! Would HIGHLY recommend Servpro for any carpet cleaning needs!!!

I had a FANTASTIC experience with this company. I feel terrible because I can’t remember the name of the technician who helped me, but he was communicative, efficient, kind, and honest. He saved us hundreds of dollars and helped us get our home ready for selling. I also really appreciate that I didn’t have to wait for months to get an appointment. I also wasn’t stuck talking to some annoying automated system or some outsourced customer service person from another country to get my appointment.

Very pleased with the work of the ServPro of Idaho Falls team on our project. Jamie and Dakoda oversaw the project and kept us in communication through the entire process. The entire team involved (including TiVo, Brigham, and Adrian) were professional, knowledgable, efficient, and displayed great care in working in our home. Definitely appreciate their work following a frustrating water damage event!

I wish that all the people I have had in my home would have been as respectful of my home and belongings as Carlos Marquez. He was very much a gentleman and respected my home and furnishings the whole time he was working in my home. If I would need anyone for this kind of work again, I will certainly call ServPro and ask for Carlos. He was one of the most professional persons I've dealt with, he explained everything he was doing, so I understood what he was doing and why.
