Trish, Sara and Ray were at my home with in 2 and half hours coming from Lincoln. They were professional and explained everything they were doing. Trish spoke directly with my insurance adjuster and got everything approved. The way they handled getting everything done compared to the last water mitigation company was a stark difference. After what we called "the flood of 25', bathroom flood, we called SERVPRO to clean up a big toxic mess. They came right away and the process of restoration began. They did everything and worked so well within the parameters of budget. Kenny , Jason and Meghan were great as were the other folk. Kenny, as the manager, listened to every change and advised on each step. Their painter, Sarah was amazing! I would definitely recommend them to any friend or family member.

Great experience with Servpro. A pipe broke in our basement and everything was wet and ruined. I had no idea where to begin. Servpro was great about answering all my questions and working with my insurance company. I hope we never have another disaster in our home but if we do, I'm calling Servpro. Dishwasher leaked and caused a lot of water damage.

Our dishwasher overflowed, causing damage to our kitchen island and basement ceiling. Jason came out and inspected the damage and provided a quote. He answered all my questions. He was super easy to work with! The painter that came out did a fantastic job. Super nice guy and did a great job. Jason did the repair on our kitchen island, cutting new boards, staining them, and installing them. He matched colors perfectly and did great with the installation. Both Jason and the painter cleaned up afterwards and both spaces look brand new. I will absolutely be using ServPro again in the future. Thank you!

We recently had a water pipe break under the kitchen sink that flooded the kitchen and part of our basement. We attempted to call Servpro’s competitor first but could not get past the automated menu. Servpro answered immediately and the representative was very compassionate and said that she would dispatch their team right away. Brady and Morgan showed up promptly and had the mitigation equipment in the house and operating immediately. They make a terrific team, answering all our questions and explaining the process we would navigate via insurance and their company to gain all the answers to additional questions as they came up. When you have an unexpected situation like this you are not afforded much time to “shop around” for a provider and you just trust you will make the best choice. Your house kind of becomes an “open house” while mitigation continues. We made the right choice. I only felt the need to take one day off work because I completely trusted Brady and Morgan to come to the house as needed for the last seven days. They were able to dry and salvage a lot in that week. Again… this is a service you never hope you will need to recommend to your friends, but I intend to share my review in hopes it will encourage others to choose Servpro if they ever have a home emergency.
