A huge shout out to Mikey Marchese from ServPro! I had water intrusion in one of my bedrooms after wind-driven rain, and I’m extremely grateful for the help I received. He came to my home, thoroughly assessed the affected area, and was able to locate moisture and mold that I otherwise may not have known was there. He took the time to properly address the problem by treating and removing the mold, removing the affected baseboard, cutting out the damaged drywall, and setting up air-moving equipment to thoroughly dry the area. Once everything was properly dried and taken care of, he replaced and repaired the drywall. What I appreciated most was how thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. Having water damage and discovering mold in your home can be stressful, but he explained what needed to be done and took the necessary steps to make sure the affected area was properly addressed rather than simply covering up the problem. I’m very thankful for the work he did and for the care he took with my home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing help with water damage, mold remediation, drywall repair, or similar home repairs. Excellent service and a job well done!
