Jeff Short is the proud owner of SERVPRO of Mason City, a company dedicated to providing top-notch restoration services. He holds multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Certification (IICRC) in key areas such as water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration. These credentials reflect his commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards.

A firm believer in honesty and hard work, Jeff has built a reputation for reliability and integrity in his business dealings. His deep-rooted involvement in the community includes active participation in the local Catholic Church and membership in the Knights of Columbus, where he contributes to various charitable activities and community outreach programs.

Outside of his professional commitments, Jeff cherishes spending quality time with his family. He is passionate about coaching youth sports, particularly baseball and football, and sharing invaluable life lessons and skills with young athletes. An avid outdoorsman, he loves fishing and enjoys the tranquility of nature. Moreover, Jeff is a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs, often cheering for his favorite team and celebrating their successes. Through both his personal and professional life, Jeff Short exemplifies dedication to community, family, and his chosen profession.

Kris is the General Manager for SERVPRO Team Short. He joined our team in late 2025. He brings years of experience in Business Development.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active in my community. I'm proud to coach my two boys in local sports programs, which allows me to support their growth while giving back to youth athletics. I also enjoy tackling home improvement projects and continually working on personal development, always striving to grow both personally and professionally.

I enjoy the opportunity to lead strong teams in making a meaningful impact in the community. Each day presents new challenges, and I take pride in guiding our team through complex restoration projects with an emphasis on efficiency and a customer-focused mindset. What I find most rewarding is helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected disasters, transforming stressful situations into positive outcomes through teamwork, transparent communication, and dependable service. Witnessing our teams grow professionally while delivering exceptional results for our customers is what makes this role truly fulfilling.

Nick Foley serves as the Chief Financial Officer at SERVPRO of Mason City. With over two decades of experience in leadership and relationship-building, he brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Nick is passionate about restoring homes and businesses to their original state or even better, especially in the aftermath of unthinkable disasters.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys chasing his three kids around, going on family trips, and cheering on the Cubbies. Nick is a true leader in our community.

Pat is a valuable team member, working diligently in the Human Resources Department at SERVPRO. He became a part of our team in March of 2024, displaying a remarkable dedication to learning and excelling in the industry. Outside his professional responsibilities, Pat finds joy in playing darts and following his favorite sports teams. His commitment to helping others shines through in his work at SERVPRO, where he finds fulfillment in assisting people during challenging times.

Jessica is our Director of Fire & Content at SERVPRO Mason City. She brings years of customer service and management experience. Jessica is IICRC certified in Water, Fire Restoration, and Bio Cleanup. She has been with SERVPRO for 5 years.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends whenever she can! She also enjoys cleaning, fishing, and spending time outside in the summer.

Jonathan works as a Marketing Coordinator at SERVPRO of Mason City. He has years of experience in customer service and management, and he is certified in Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup and Restoration by IICRC.

Outside of work, Jonathan is a professional tattoo artist and enjoys everything related to horror. In October, he acts in haunted houses. He also loves grilling and spending time with his wife and their three kids.

Jordan serves as a Business Development Representative for SERVPRO Team Short, having joined the team in late 2024. With a solid background in the sales industry, he contributes a wealth of experience to our organization.

In his free time, he enjoys watching Vikings games, playing in his band, spending time with family, and golfing.

Jordan finds fulfillment in his role at SERVPRO, where he helps the local community during crises.

Andrea is our Accounting Administrator here at SERVPRO of Mason City. She joined our team in September of 2022. She brings years of experience in the construction industry.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys cooking. football, art, and photography. She also loves spending time with family.

Annie likes working at SERVPRO because it is fast-paced and she enjoys knowing that what we do is helping people.

Josh is a Project Manager here at SERVPRO of Mason City.

Taylor is a Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of Mason City.

Bridgette is the Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Mason City, and she started working with us in June 2020. She has shown a strong commitment to learning the complexities of the industry and is IICRC Fire certified.

In her free time, Bridgette enjoys trying out new recipes and spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Bridgette finds her role at SERVPRO fulfilling because she learns something new every day and enjoys the opportunity to restore valuable items for people.

Matt Anderson is a Carpet Specialist at SERVPRO of Mason City. Matt's experience covers a wide range, but he currently specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Matts has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.

He's a big Iowa Hawkeyes fan, likes live concerts, and spending time with his friends. He enjoys road trips and seeing new places.

Pam is a Content Cleaner Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Mason City. She joined our team in September 2023. She brings years of knowledge as a leader to our team.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys going on motorcycle rides with her husband and spending time with his family.
