Michelle serves as the Finance Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Southeast Cobb, bringing with her two decades of experience in accounting and business management. Since the day she joined SERVPRO, she has become an essential part of the team—known for her sharp financial insight, steady leadership, and commitment to keeping the company’s operations running smoothly. Her attention to detail and reliability make her one of SERVPRO’s most trusted financial stewards.

Outside the office, Michelle’s world revolves around her family. She and her husband rarely miss one of their son’s baseball games, and they love cheering on the Atlanta Braves whenever they get the chance. Their home is always lively thanks to their pets—three energetic dogs, a hamster, a turtle, and a fish that keep everyone entertained.

Michelle is also famous around Cobb County for her magical Christmas lights display. Every year, she transforms her home into a dazzling holiday attraction that draws families from all over the Atlanta area. And on the rare evenings she finds quiet time for herself, she enjoys unwinding with a few episodes of "Criminal Minds."

For the past decade, Matt has been an essential part of SERVPRO of Southeast Cobb. His journey began in Sales & Marketing, where he quickly showed natural leadership and a strong ability to connect with people. Over the years, he transitioned into management and ultimately discovered his passion in Human Resources. Today, as our HR Manager, Matt plays a key role in shaping our culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring every team member has the tools they need to succeed. His diverse background in logistics, e-commerce, and technology helps him blend strategic thinking with genuine care for people.

Away from the office, Matt’s greatest joy is being a dad. His daughter is his pride and inspiration, and their time together means everything to him. His home is also filled with the playful energy of two dogs—Willow, a fluffy Great Pyrenees, and Blue, a sweet rescue pup. In his free time, Matt enjoys hitting local trails with the dogs, experimenting with new recipes on the grill, hunting, and exploring new tech gadgets or projects.

Dustin has built an incredible career at SERVPRO of Southeast Cobb, rising from a newcomer in the field to leading the entire Mitigation Department. With over 10 years of hands-on restoration experience and IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification, he’s known for tackling tough situations with skill, calmness, and a genuine desire to help people during their hardest moments.

Ask anyone on the team, and they’ll tell you Dustin’s dedication is unmatched—but he’ll quickly credit that drive to his family. His wife and three kids are the heartbeat behind his work ethic, and they’re the first thing on his mind during every late-night emergency call or long day in the field. Away from the job, Dustin is happiest spending time outdoors. He loves grilling out, watching the Atlanta Braves with the kids, or heading to the water for a peaceful day of fishing with his wife. Hunting, yard projects, and DIY fixes around the house are just a few of the hobbies that keep him busy and grounded.

Dustin is proof that passion, perseverance, and purpose make all the difference—both on the job and at home.

For the past six years, Ethan of Southeast Cobb, and it’s no surprise why everyone enjoys working with him. Growing up in Augusta, GA, Ethan learned early the value of family, and that devotion carries into everything he does today. He is a dedicated husband and a proud father —cherishing every moment he gets with them, whether it’s a simple afternoon together, a trip to the aquarium, or visiting with their grandparents.

While Ethan stays active with regular workouts, it’s his upbeat personality that leaves the biggest impression. He’s known for bringing positive energy to any job site, finding ways to keep morale high, and making the people around him feel at ease. His Steelers fandom often sparks friendly debates, but his humor and charm always steal the show. Within the mitigation department, Ethan is viewed as a natural leader. He willingly shares his knowledge, supports his team, and sets a strong example through his work ethic and attitude.

Carl Facchini serves as the Senior Construction Manager for SERVPRO of Southeast Cobb, bringing with him more than 11 years of restoration experience and an extensive background in construction. Originally from New York, Carl is known for his strong work ethic, straightforward leadership style, and his unwavering loyalty to the Yankees. His expertise is backed by certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation—skills that allow him to guide projects from start to finish with precision and confidence.

What truly sets Carl apart is the way he supports homeowners and business owners through the rebuilding process. He is committed to restoring not just structures, but peace of mind after a loss. Tayllor is one of those people who can brighten an entire room the moment she walks in. Her positive energy, quick humor, and natural kindness make her a favorite among both coworkers and customers. As one of the first voices people hear after experiencing water or fire damage, she brings calm, compassion, and clarity to stressful situations. Tayllor listens closely, answers questions with patience, and guides customers through every step of the restoration process with genuine care.

Emily has spent the last two years serving as the Accounts Payable and Receivable specialist at SERVPRO of Southeast Cobb, and she has quickly become one of the most reliable and genuinely kind members of our team. Her role requires accuracy, organization, and a strong eye for detail—qualities she brings to the table every single day.
