There aren't words sufficient to describe how grateful we are for the amazing job Jake and his mitigation team from SERVPRO North Atlanta/Buckhead did following a water leak on our third floor which quickly penetrated the two floors below. After being called back to Atlanta very early on my son’s wedding day, I quickly realized I needed professional help. Jake arrived within 90 minutes of my placing the call. Upon his arrival and walking through the house, his knowledge of what would need to be done left me immediately comfortable that I could return to Dahlonega for my son’s wedding, giving very little thought to what we were going to walk into when we returned on Sunday. When we did return, we saw that Jake had taken care of all of the water, ripping out carpets, pads, moving things away from walls, cleaning out closets, and has strategically placed 49 industrial fans and dehumidifiers through the house. As a result of Jake’s fast, thorough, and professional mitigation, the damage was limited. I can’t thank Jake, Johnny, Pat, and the entire mitigation team from SERVPRO North Atlanta/Buckhead for the fabulous job they have done. It is because of them I’m choosing SERVPRO North Atlanta/Buckhead for the remaining work that will need to be done to get out home back the way it was. I am looking forward to posting similarly glowing reviews for the work that will be done going forward.
