Our main line got a root ball in it causing a backup in the house. Travelers insurance put in the call with SERVPRO and they were there within hours of the call. Fortunately the damage was limited to the 2 bathrooms however it was a quick remediation process (3 days). Josh and crew had the new hardwoods ripped up and the old laminate under it in no time to start the drying process. they came out each morning to check the status of the dry out. The restoration consult was completed within 2 days and all drying equip out in 3. Now just a waiting process to get everything repaired which in todays situation can be a waiting process which we know and understand. Hopefully they will have us done soon but can be as much as a month out to repair the damage. Thanks SERVPRO and Josh and crew!
We had a water leak within our walls which damaged several walls, the sub flooring and carpet. SERVPRO came out within hours to asses the situation, and set up the drying machines right away. Their crew were professional and helpful in every way as they started the process. Jeff and Darien were assigned to our job, and came back daily to see how the drying was progressing and checking their machinery. They were both very receptive to our questions, and explained every step of the job, and what the next step would be. In addition, the company was very good at working with our insurance company, which made things much easier.
Jeremy and Hunter were awesome technicians!! We were always kept up-to-date with the progress of our water damage cleanup. Jeremy called every morning before he and Hunter came to the house. They were thorough with assessing and taking care of the rooms involved. Always professional and respectful in their conversations, manners and work. I highly recommend this crew and SERVPRO.
I talked to my insurance agent after my water leak and he recommended SERVPRO. David and Micheal came and thoroughly surveyed my situation. I was not sure how much water damage I had. Turns out, most of it had dried already and they informed me of this and did NOT rip me off. Since they were able to asess the situation very quickly, I was not even charged for a service call.
