We had a great experience with ServPro after our washer pipe burst and flooded our upstairs landing and our kitchen downstairs. They arrived quickly and got all the equipment in place super fast and were very communicative throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with SERVEPRO’s team which consisted of Brian, Horatio, Ruth and Montez. They arrived early each day ready to work with smiles on their faces. They took their time and made sure not to break any of my molding or cabinetry that was affected by the water leak and set up containment tents to keep the heat localized to the affected areas. Once they were satisfied with the moisture levels they took down the tents and carefully cleaned up the affected areas.

Once we initiated the claim, Servpro was spot on. Jacob,George, JB, and Jose were very professional in making me feel at ease through this process. Always on time and cordial, courteous, explaining what they were doing and why. The demo was very professional and quick.
