Meet Our Team

Antwon is the Water Production Manager and has been with SERVPRO of Albany and Americus for over 20 years. His began his experience with our team in December of 1997. His experience with Large Loss and traveling for multiple storms as well as his professionalism is a huge asset to our community and our SERVPRO family. Antwon is certified in IICRC WRT, ASD, CDS, CCT, and FSRT. He loves football and he loves anything Dallas Cowboys!

Rodney Hunnewell is the Warehouse Manager at SERVPRO of Albany and Americus. He has over 35 years of experience in the warehouse, production, and maintenance departments, and his wealth of knowledge is a great asset for our team.

DJ is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Albany and Americus. DJ is a great asset to the team bringing great customer service skills. He is in the process of becoming the newest addition to the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Certification.

Andrea works in the Accounting Department of SERVPRO of Albany and Americus. She is a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist, and brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, collections, and insurance claims to the team. When she is not working, Andrea likes to spend time with her family, travel, and enjoy a good book.

Jarod is our Fire and Cleaning Production Manager and has been with us for almost a year now. He is an honored Navy Veteran with a commitment to SERVice like no other! Before joining our team, Jarod was a Nuclear Mechanical Operator, and he even has experience with wood production and finishing. His hometown is Cordell and he dreams of bear hunting in Alaska.

Meet Melinda!

Melinda has been with our team for around 5 months and has proved to be a rockstar addition. With a background in commercial cleaning and management, she brings a skillset much needed to the Albany team. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors.

Meet Barry!

Barry is a Restoration Technician that joined our team with experience in HVAC and construction. He brings an enormous amount of skillset and a “can do” attitude that trickles into everyone on our team. In his free time, you can find him playing kickball or flag football with his 7 amazing kiddos!

Meet Brian!

Brian has been he General Manager with our team for over a year and has done wonders for our company growth. His efficiency, leadership and company vision lead the way for each and every department in Team Carter. Brian values the community, as he acts as a Lee County Chamber of Commerce Board Member as well.

When Brian is not at work, you can find him hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, Kara, and children. We are lucky to have this all around rockstar!
