Ana Diazgranados performs marketing and admin/finance for the office. Gustavo Daza is the production manager and is a mold remediation certified for the whole state of Florida (MRSR351) and senior estimator.

Good afternoon! Yesterday we had a water emergency; it was coming through the window and reaching the living room downstairs. I never thought they would arrive to help us so quickly. My wife was really worried about the damage, but as soon as the Locandro team from SERVPRO got here, they acted fast and prevented it from getting worse. Hey! Just wanted to share that about a month ago, our neighbor had a flood and recommended SERVPRO of Sunrise, specifically Team Locandro. I was really impressed by the inspection they did for us because we had a moisture problem on one wall that was changing color. I called them right away, and Carolina came with Randy. They explained everything so clearly, even took a moisture reading with a device. I had no idea that could happen! We’re now looking into remediation with them, but first, we need to do the mold test protocol, which they can’t do out of ethics. Seriously, if you don’t know, these things can happen. Thanks, guys! 100% recommend

I highly recommend. The pipe to my water heater burst at 8pm. The manager was at my property in 30 mins and his team was there an hour later.
