Hey! Just wanted to share that about a month ago, our neighbor had a flood and recommended SERVPRO of Sunrise, specifically Team Locandro. I was really impressed by the inspection they did for us because we had a moisture problem on one wall that was changing color. I called them right away, and Carolina came with Randy. They explained everything so clearly, even took a moisture reading with a device. I had no idea that could happen! We’re now looking into remediation with them, but first, we need to do the mold test protocol, which they can’t do out of ethics. Seriously, if you don’t know, these things can happen.
