Getting an official quote took longer than expected. I was told it should take an hour or two after inspection and didn’t get it until a day and a half later after calling numerous times. However, the actual cleaners (Maribel, Karen, Lina, and Carolina) were fantastic. They were super great at keeping in touch and letting me know how the process was going. My apartment has never looked so good and they did such a great job organizing everything.
Our family was able to work with Jesus to recover some documents that were riddled with black mold and over 100 years old. Some items were unsalvagable but they did a great job cleaning up our items. They made copies of some of the items salvaged, but not all. I think it was a unique case for them as these items were old and deteriorating, not just wet and moldy.
