Michael Panster
Owner/President - Our experienced team at SERVPRO of Pompano Beach understands the stress that accompanies a water or fire damage event and the problems it can cause. Our goal is to help minimize the interruption to your life and help you recover quickly. We are experts in the restoration and cleanup of residential and commercial properties post-fire, smoke, water, or storm damage. Our highly trained certified technicians can also remediate mold and mildew from your Pompano Beach area business or home. Mike's family is actively involved in the South Florida community, where they work and live. His wife, April, and their three children participate in local school activities and youth sports programs. April Panster
Owner/Marketing Director - April graduated from the University of Miami and is a proud member of the Miami Hurricanes alumni. She began her career with Comcast Cable in Fort Lauderdale until moving to New York City. April then utilized her Sales and Marketing skills with National Cable Communications (NCC), providing custom advertising campaigns for all the major cable television providers. When she returned to Florida in 2005, April accepted a position with Comcast Cable in West Palm Beach. Her responsibilities included all election-related sales and coordination with both national and regional advertising agencies across the country. April and our Pompano Beach SERVPRO team are prepared to help our South Florida customers recover from water, fire and storm damage 24/7/365.
Josh Marazzito
Josh Marazzito is one of the owners here at SERVPRO and a key part of what makes our franchise run strong. While he tends to keep a low profile, Josh plays an essential role behind the scenes, overseeing business operations, supporting the team, and helping to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
He brings a steady, thoughtful approach to leadership, and is deeply committed to creating a work environment where people feel supported and equipped to do great work. His behind-the-scenes efforts help ensure that our crews can show up ready to respond when it matters most.
Josh is proud to be part of a locally owned and operated business that helps people recover from unexpected damage. And even more proud of the team who shows up every day to make that possible.
Frank Rodriguez
VP of Operations - Frank ensures annual divisional initiatives that align with company initiatives are completed. He guides a quality team of properly trained employees to produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO®; franchise procedures and processes. He also supervises, monitors, and communicates with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.
I have been in the restoration industry for the past 20 years, where I have learned an extensive amount about water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction services. Over time, I made it a point to also develop my leadership skills, because I knew that SERVPRO®; was a company I wanted to grow with. Shortly after the start of my tenure, I was promoted to Crew Chief, then Production Manager, which also encompassed the role of Operations Manager, and now the General Manager. Through the hard work and dedication of the SERVPRO®; of Ft. Lauderdale team, the operation went from one single area, to expanding to nine locations across the state! We took on many new tasks and challenges over the past few years to become the best restoration company in Florida. We pride ourselves on honesty, loyalty and customer service, which has made us the largest SERVPRO branch in South Florida. The amount of skills and opportunities that this company has given me has changed my life, as well as the people I have led. I have developed relationships with local clients, grown managers, implemented new policies, and continued to put our customers first. My role here continues to grow, and I am more driven than ever to help people recover from unexpected disasters.
Ken Grant
With over 30 years in the construction and restoration industry, Ken brings deep expertise and leadership to his role as Vice President of Reconstruction. He started his career running his own construction company in Michigan and also served his community as a firefighter and Fire Chief, earning numerous certifications along the way.
His restoration experience includes over a decade as a project director for two large restoration companies in both Michigan and Florida. After relocating, he continued in that same role until the COVID-19 pandemic shifted the industry landscape. That change brought him to SERVPRO, where he began as a Reconstruction Project Manager and has since grown into a key leadership role.
Today, he oversees our reconstruction division by leading large-scale projects, mentoring team members, and helping ensure that every rebuild meets our high standards. His decades of experience, leadership, and commitment to quality make him an essential part of our team’s success.
Stefhany Valdiviezo
Stefhany leads the charge on some of our biggest and most complex projects as our Large Loss Project Manager. From coordinating crews and timelines to working directly with clients and adjusters, she makes sure every detail is handled with precision and care.
She first joined SERVPRO of Fort Lauderdale in 2018 as a field technician and quickly worked her way up, taking on roles like Warehouse Manager and Crew Chief before stepping into project management. With firsthand experience in every part of the job, Stefhany brings a deep understanding of the process and what it takes to get large-scale restoration work done right.
She’s known for her clear communication, strong leadership, and customer-first mindset. Whether she’s writing estimates or guiding a client through the next steps, Stefhany is all about keeping things organized, efficient, and moving forward.
Outside of SERVPRO, her background includes a law school master’s degree and prior experience working with government agencies and labor contractors, giving her a unique edge in managing high-pressure projects with professionalism and confidence.
Yali Gratoli
Yali Gratoli keeps the details in check and the paperwork flowing. As Audit Coordinator, she reviews job files, ensures documentation is complete, and helps our team stay aligned with SERVPRO’s compliance standards.
With a sharp eye for accuracy and a strong sense of organization, Yali plays a key role in helping projects stay on track behind the scenes. She’s the connection point between fieldwork and the office, making sure everything from estimates to photos is properly reviewed and submitted.
Yali brings consistency, focus, and a can-do attitude to the team, making sure the work we do in the field is backed up with solid reporting and support.
Andre Cyrus
Andre Cyrus is the one making sure every detail is accounted for before the work begins. As Lead Estimator, he’s responsible for assessing damage, developing accurate scopes of work, and building estimates that set each project up for success.
With a solid background in restoration and a sharp understanding of job costs, Andre helps bridge the gap between what’s needed on-site and what gets approved. He works closely with both customers and insurance adjusters to keep communication clear and expectations aligned.
Andre’s thorough approach and attention to detail help ensure that our team has a clear plan from day one and that customers can move forward with confidence.
Breanne Gillis
Breanne Gillis helps keep every project organized and on track behind the scenes. As Job File Coordinator, she manages the documentation that supports each job, from collecting field notes and photos to submitting reports and communicating with insurance companies.
Breanne plays a key role in making sure no detail slips through the cracks. She keeps files updated, tracks progress, and supports both the office and field teams with everything they need to keep jobs moving forward.
With her strong organizational skills and team-first attitude, Breanne helps ensure that each project is backed by clear records, consistent communication, and solid support.
Carolina Pinto
Carolina Pinto keeps our internal systems running smoothly and our team is supported behind the scenes. As Vice President of Admin Operations, she oversees the administrative side of the business, from process development and training to compliance and team coordination.
With a strong background in leadership and organization, Carolina helps create the structure that allows our team to work efficiently and effectively. She’s deeply involved in streamlining workflows, solving problems, and making sure everyone has what they need to succeed.

Tina Sampedro
Tina Sampedro plays a key role in keeping our projects organized from start to finish. As Job File Coordinator, she manages the documentation that supports each job, making sure every detail is properly recorded, filed, and submitted.
From gathering information from the field to communicating with adjusters and ensuring files meet our standards, Tina helps keep things running behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and steady communication style make her a reliable support for both our team and our customers.

Erika Kaplan
Erika Kaplan focuses on building strong connections and growing relationships with our local business community. As part of our Business Development team, she works closely with property managers, insurance professionals, and local organizations to make sure they know who to call when disaster strikes.

Abi Lambert

Justin Santos
Justin Santos plays a vital role in keeping our projects organized and properly documented. As Job File Coordinator, he manages the behind-the-scenes details that keep things moving, gathering field reports, reviewing documentation, and ensuring everything meets SERVPRO’s quality and compliance standards.

Kayla Purdy
Kayla Purdy leads our sales team with a focus on relationships, responsiveness, and results. As Sales Manager, she oversees outreach efforts, supports our commercial clients, and helps guide local organizations through planning and recovery.

Kris Preisinger
Kris Preisinger plays a key role in setting each job up for success. As an Estimator, she’s responsible for assessing damage, scoping the work, and preparing accurate estimates that help move projects forward quickly and efficiently.

Max Silovitz
Max Silovitz helps lay the groundwork for successful restoration projects. As an Estimator, he’s responsible for evaluating damage, developing detailed scopes of work, and creating estimates that keep jobs moving in the right direction.
Max brings a practical mindset and a solid understanding of the restoration process to every project he touches. He works closely with both our internal teams and insurance representatives to ensure estimates are accurate, timely, and aligned with the needs of the job.

Michelle Fermin
Michele Fermin is the one keeping everything organized behind the scenes. As Office Manager, she oversees the day-to-day administrative operations that keep our team running smoothly, from scheduling and customer communication to internal coordination and team support.
With a strong sense of organization and a calm, steady presence, Michele is the go-to person for solving problems, answering questions, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She works closely with every department to keep things moving and ensure a seamless experience for both our team and our customers.

Mirella Tovar
Mirella Tovar plays a critical role in supporting our large loss team behind the scenes. As Large Loss Job File Coordinator, she’s responsible for organizing documentation, tracking progress, and making sure every detail is accounted for on complex, high-stakes projects.
Mirella works closely with project managers, estimators, and adjusters to keep files complete, accurate, and compliant. She’s known for her strong attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to stay on top of fast-moving jobs with a lot of moving parts.

Shawn Boilard
Shawn Boilard helps keep our reconstruction projects organized and moving forward behind the scenes. As Recon Job File Coordinator, he manages the paperwork, tracks project updates, and ensures all documentation is accurate and complete from start to finish.
Shawn works closely with our construction team, subcontractors, and office staff to keep files in line with SERVPRO standards and ready for review. He’s detail-oriented, dependable, and always ready to step in and support wherever he’s needed.
With Shawn handling the coordination on the back end, our reconstruction team can stay focused on delivering quality work in the field.

Oscar the owner was also onsite and explained the entire process to me in full detail. They were efficient and quickly had the flooding contained. They carefully relocated our furniture and personal belongings. They removed the water heater, floor, baseboards and cabinets. The water was dried with dehumidifiers and blowers.They also gutted the bathroom and performed mold remediation. The affected area was sealed off to prevent exposure to mold. The team at SERVPRO did a thorough and clean job. We were very pleased and thankful for the service.
