I usually don't write reviews on line but felt compelled to do so with reference to SERVPRO of Pompano Beach. We recently purchased a home and in the process of moving in, we discovered a flood in the laundry room that spread to the bedrooms. A call was made to SERVPRO just before midnight. Oscar, the owner, came down to meet us at about 1 AM (!) and explained the remediation process. By about 3 AM his staff and crew we diligently at work. In 7 to 10 days, the home was back to dry and mold free and in move-in condition.
I can honestly say the owner and his staff are among the best people I have done business with. Friendly, professional, efficient, caring and easy to deal with. They really bend over backwards to get the job done quickly and efficiently, as they are sensitive to your headache and provide the pain relief.
